The British American Football Coaches Association are excited to announce our first US speaker for this year Coaching Convention at Keele University between 8th & 10th July 2022 is Coach Cody Alexander.
Coach Alexander is currently the Asst. HC/co-DC at Life Waxahachie. Also, @The_Coach_A is a source of all things football via his twitter page, website MatchQuarters.com, weekly newsletter at http://MatchQuarters.substack.com and author of 5 books which many coaches hold in their football library or were part of their Lockdown reading list.
Before taking the position at Horn, Coach was in charge of the Secondary at Midlothian HS. Before joining Midlothian, Coach Alexander was the Corners Coach at Lovejoy High School in Lucas, TX, from 2015 to 2016. During the 2014 season, Cody was the co-Defensive Coordinator at L.V. Berkner High School in Richardson, TX.
Prior to returning to the high school ranks, Coach A. was the Defensive Graduate Assistant at Baylor University under current North Texas DC, Phil Bennett. During Coach’s tenure at Baylor, he assisted with the development of the corners.
